Wanda lives in Lansing, Michigan. She used to live and work as a teacher in White Cloud, Michigan until retiring. She is single and has found writing as well as art to be two activities which bring her much enjoyment in her retirement.
Wanda belongs to writers’ groups in Grand Rapids, Michigan, San Diego, California, and now Grand Ledge. Her endeavors in past years led her to just have fun playing with writing. She has written short stories and poems, often satirical or whimsical.
In 2007, she enrolled in a correspondence course through the institute of Children’s Literature in West Redding, Connecticut. One of Wanda’s goals is to eventually write and illustrate her own children’s books.
She will continue having fun with writing, art, and meeting new people.
